Padum to Darcha is another favourite choice of trekkers. It gives enough time to get acclimatise, as the initial days are easy and you will be going along the Tserab river almost at the same elevation. You will see lots of small and beautiful villages dotted along the Tsarab River. A visit to the beautiful cave Monastery of Phuktal is suggested as it shows you the architectural skill and the people’s deep faith and devotion towards Buddhism.
