This trek is famous for its unique landscapes .nomadic life and the lakes. This area is part of the Changthng Pleatue, a part of western Tibet which is called eastern Ladakh. This region known as the land of nomads, will give you an experience of their different life style. This area is also an important wild life sanctuary, harbouring snow leopards and wild asses locally known as skyang, as well as various species of birds, such as black necked crane.
